**Assignment Details**
- Start Date: ASAP
- End Date: Ongoing
- Coverage Type: Scheduled Clinical Hours (no call)
- Schedule: 2–3 shifts per week, 12-hour shifts
- Setting: Hospital-based, inpatient only
- EMR: Cerner
- Privileges: Required
- Patient Load: ~35 surgical cases per day
- Pain Management Cases: None
- Operating Rooms: 16
- Pediatric Cases: None

**Requirements**
- Active Michigan license
- NBCRNA certification (new grads welcome)
- ACLS and BLS required
- Clean background with no malpractice for quick credentialing
- Local, drive-in providers only (no exceptions)

**Clinical Details**
- CRNA will be supervised
- Typical procedures: General anesthesia and standard inpatient surgical cases
- Reverse billing system in use – provider must clock in/out with DocTime (no timesheets accepted)

**Compensation**
- Rates: Facility is accepting bids
- Malpractice: Provided
- Travel: Reimbursed
