**Assignment Details**
- Start Date: January 1, 2026
- End Date: October 1, 2026
- Coverage Type: Scheduled Clinical Hours + Call
- Schedule:
- Clinic: Monday–Friday, 8a–5p (or as agreed upon)
- Call: 1 weekend per month preferred (Fri–Sun, 7a–7a)
- May include 1 weekday call per week (7a–7a) with potential newborn/peds rounding or admissions
- Setting: Inpatient + outpatient primary care
- EMR: Epic
- Privileges: Required
- Estimated Credentialing: 60–90 days
- Patient Load: Variable
- Beds in Department: N/A
- Call: Beeper, 30-minute response time

**Requirements**
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine
- Active Wisconsin license or IMLC
- NRP certification required (must be noted on presentation)
- Willingness to supervise APPs

**Clinical Details**
- Mix of family medicine and pediatric care
- OB skills preferred but not required (no C-sections)
- Potential responsibilities:
- Newborn resuscitation and rounding
- Minimal pediatric admissions
- Occasional newborn care and inpatient rounding
- Very supportive team atmosphere, flexible scheduling available

**Compensation**
- Rates: Facility is accepting bids
