Job Description
Position Overview
We are is seeking CRNAs for locum coverage at a high-volume hospital covering multiple ORs and specialty sites, providing anesthesia across all adult subspecialties. Candidates must be available for block schedules of 8- or 10-hour shifts, ideally Mondays and Fridays.
Key Details
- Adult patients only (100%)
- Procedures across all subspecialties: General, Thoracic, Cardiothoracic, Neuro, Ortho, GI/GU, GYN, Endo, Cardiac/EP, OB/L&D, Robotics, High-Acuity Trauma (overflow, not trauma center)
- CRNAs work under medical direction, typically 1:3 ratio
- Must respond to emergency C-sections; epidurals and peripheral nerve blocks optional if credentialed
- Daily case volume: ~40–60 cases, multiple locations including OR, L&D, EP, GI lab, IR, TEE/CV lab, MRI
- EMR: Epic
Requirements
- Board Certified
- Pennsylvania license (candidates needing license considered)
- ACLS, BLS, CPR
- Minimum 1 year of experience
