• 3 days per week -- Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday, 8am - 5pm
• 18 - 21 patients per day
• Outpatient clinic setting
• General outpatient procedures required
• Hospital privileges required
• Provides care for all ages, adult-only candidates considered
