**Assignment Details**
- Start Date: ASAP
- End Date: Ongoing
- Coverage Type: Clinic + Call
- Schedule: Monday–Friday clinic, plus hospital call
- Call: Beeper; 30-minute response; includes hospital + ER call
- Setting: Outpatient + inpatient
- EMR: Epic
- Patients per Shift: 15–20 (avg. 4 new consults/day, remainder follow-ups)
- Consults: 60 min for new, 30 min for follow-up
- Call Distribution: ~25% hematology, remainder oncology
- Estimated Credentialing: 90–120 days

**Requirements**
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Oncology
- Active Washington license or IMLC
- BLS required

**Clinical Details**
- Daily patient load: ~15–20, with 4 new consults/day
- Patient mix: ~30% hematology, ~70% oncology
- Oncologist responsible for admissions
- Call includes both phone and hospital responsibilities
- Supportive cancer institute team in place

**Compensation**
- Rates: Facility is accepting bids
