Job Description
Join our team in Berlin, NH! Seeking an experienced Sleep Medicine Nurse Practitioner to provide comprehensive care to patients above age 5 (ages 2-5 with physician screening). Manage positive airway pressure therapy, medication, diagnostics, and referrals. Full-time position, 4 days per week.
Compensation:
- Base salary range: $90,664 - $106,664
- $15,000 sign-on bonus
- Up to $20,000 relocation assistance
Benefits:
- 7 weeks combined Vacation and CME time
- $3,600 CME funds
- 457(b) and 403(b) retirement plans
- 4 days sick time per year
- Health, dental, vision insurance
- Short and long term disability, life insurance
Experience Required:
- Minimum 2 years in sleep medicine or related field
- New graduates considered with 5 years RN experience, strong critical thinking, communication skills, and eagerness to learn.
