UT Health Carthage is searching for a Family Medicine Advanced Practice Practitioner (Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant) to join an employed team in Carthage, TX- 47 mi from Shreveport, LA. Family Medicine experience preferred but not required.

About the Position:

• Outpatient Only
• Joining 4 physician and 0 APPs
• Monday-Friday, 8 a.m. - 5 p.m.
• Administrative time
• No Call Requirement
• Epic EMR
