Position Overview
We are seeking a Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) to provide holiday coverage at our outpatient community health center in North Carolina. This is a full-time, all-inclusive locum assignment serving a diverse patient population.
Assignment Details
- Facility Type: Community Health Center
- Setting: Outpatient only
- Schedule:
- Monday: 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM
- Tuesday: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
- Wednesday: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
- Thursday: 9:00 AM – 7:00 PM
- Friday: 8:00 AM – 1:00 PM
- Call: None
- Patient Volume: 15 patients per day
- Patient Type: All ages, majority adults
- Appointment Length:
- New patients: 30 minutes
- Follow-ups: 30 minutes
- Support Staff: 2 Certified Medical Assistants (CMAs)
- EMR: TBD
Requirements
- Certification: Board Certified
- Licensure: Active North Carolina license (required)
- Certifications: DEA and BLS required
- Experience: Primary care/family practice experience preferred
