An established orthopedic group is seeking a general orthopedic surgeon to join their busy practice. The group is expanding to meet an increase in patient volume. The physician will be provided with a strong financial package that includes competitive base salary, a sign on bonus, relocation, CME, malpractice, health and dental insurance, 401K and PTO. This is a very busy practice with a strong referral base. Fort Mohave is a great place to live and raise a family.
Bullhead, formerly known as Hardyville was founded in the 1860s by William Harrison Hardy, an early resident and politician. It was a regular steamboat stop along the Colorado River for delivering supplies to the mining districts and carrying out their ore for processing and sale. It was later named Bullhead City after the "Bull’s Head Rock," a natural landmark used by paddleboat captains in the 1800s.
The area offers outdoor recreation on the Colorado River and on nearby mountains and back roads. In adjacent Laughlin, NV hotels and casinos provide a variety of entertainment and fine dining.
