Responsible for direction and successful outcome of the AETC Practice Transformation (PT) and Inter-professional Education (IPE) Projects under the direction of the AETC Project Director. Serves as primary point of contact for the AETC central Office PT and IPE projects.
-Master¿s degree in business or health care administration or other applicable field.
-Five or more years of recent work experience in a federally qualified health center (FQHC) or similar multi-site ambulatory health center with responsibility for implementing process improvement activities.
-Must have at least 3 years of process improvement and training experience in health care setting.
Equivalent Education and/or Experience:
-May have an equivalent combination of education and/or experience in lieu of specific education and/or experience as stated above.
Skills or Special Abilities:
-Strong working knowledge of FQHC operations, primary care center redesign, electronic medical records systems
-Strong and recent working knowledge of HIV clinical operations, technologies and processes
-Strong working knowledge of Patient Centered Medical Home principles
-Must demonstrate team teamwork and interpersonal skills
-Must demonstrate leading /implementing complex projects
-Excellent problem solving, verbal and written communication skills
-Experience in training and education in a health care setting
-Strong presentation skills in person and web-based
-Proficiency in MS Office
