This employed opportunity has a competitive compensation package with bonuses. You will receive a guaranteed salary and RVU bonuses for two and three years. You will be offered medical benefits, vacation,/PTO, relocation reimbursement, a sign-on bonus, life insurance, CME time and $4,000 allowance, a 403B retirement plan, health system paid malpractice coverage, and $1500 per year allowable for dues, memberships, and licensures. There are also loan repayment options.
This position is located in a nice, up-and-coming location in Oregon. The surrounding area has plentiful outdoor recreational opportunities in each season, so you'll be able to go boating, water skiing, swimming, fishing, hiking, hunting, camping, snowmobiling, and skiing. This area is nestled in wine country and has a small-town ambiance with a wine and cheese festival and farmers markets. You will be less than an hour away from the Tri-Cities region of Southern Washington.
