Join Onvida Health as an OB/GYN Hospitalist at our comprehensive Women & Children’s Services program in Southwest Arizona!

Practice as an OB/GYN Hospitalist in a collaborative, and patient-centered environment—shaping the future of obstetrics, gynecology, and maternity care in Southwest Arizona.

About the Positions:

• Hospital employed positions: full-time, part-time, PSA (Independent Contractor)
• Flexible scheduling options
• Collaborative team of OB/GYN physicians, APPs, MFMs, anesthesiology, neonatology, and nursing staff
• J-1 and H-1B Visa sponsorship.

Requirements

• MD or DO Degree.
• Completion of an ACGME-accredited OB/GYN residency
• Must be American Board Eligible/Certified.

Labor & Delivery at Onvida Health
Our Labor & Delivery team provides high-quality, patient-centered care for women at all stages of pregnancy, including high-risk deliveries. The program features a Level II NICU, 24/7 anesthesiology coverage, and a supportive, collaborative team including Maternal-Fetal Medicine specialists and neonatologists. Providers care for a wide range of patients, from routine births to complex cases, in a modern, fully equipped Labor & Delivery unit designed to promote safe, positive birth experiences.

Staff Model

• 24-hour in-house shifts (8 shifts = full-time)
• 2 OB/GYN physicians per shift
• 2 CNMs per shift with full specialty support!
• No call requirement

Compensation

• Strong base salary
• + PLUS Eligible for annual quality incentive compensation, an additional 5% of base salary.
