About the Position:

• Full-time, hospital employed position.
• Monday through Friday schedule  
• Collaborative, multidisciplinary oncology team
• J-1 and H-1B Visa sponsorship.

Requirements

• MD or DO Degree.
• Residency/fellowship trained from an accredited Hematology/Oncology program.
• Must be American Board Eligible/Certified.

About the Cancer Center
Onvida Health Cancer & Blood Disorders Center is an award-winning comprehensive community cancer program serving Southwest Arizona. All oncology services are delivered within a modern 38,000-square-foot outpatient facility featuring state-of-the-art technology, advanced treatment options, and extensive patient support services.

The program is ACR accredited, QOPI Certified, an ACCC Innovator Award recipient, and approved for ACCC Cancer Program Membership.

Clinical Excellence & Advanced Services
The Cancer Center provides fully integrated, multidisciplinary oncology care, including:

• Medical and radiation oncology
• PET/CT and Wide Bore CT imaging
• Elekta Versa HD linear accelerator
• Comprehensive infusion center
• On-site oncology pharmacy and laboratory
• Cancer rehabilitation, lymphedema therapy, and palliative care
• On-site genetic screening and high-risk clinic
• Multidisciplinary tumor conferences

Providers practice within a technologically advanced health system that includes five DaVinci surgical robots and an expanding AI-enabled environment, including Ambient Dictation technology

Research & Academic Affiliation
The Cancer Center maintains an active research portfolio with ongoing clinical trials and membership in ACCRU and ACTN. Academic collaboration includes Mayo Clinic and The University of Arizona College of Medicine. Since 2016, the program has contributed more than 15 publications and 500 citations.

Compensation

• STRONG base salary
• + PLUS wRVU productivity incentive compensation
• + PLUS Eligible for annual quality incentive compensation, an additional 5% of base salary.
