The Orlando Health Medical Group invites you to explore exciting Generalist OB-GYN opportunities within a thriving, physician-led and professionally managed healthcare system. Our Orlando Health Physician Associates OB-GYN team currently includes a dedicated group of 42 OB-GYN’s and 27 APP’s/CNM’s, who provide comprehensive care in outpatient settings, perform gynecologic surgeries, and deliver approximately 4,100 babies annually across our multi-hospital system. Physicians enjoy continuity of care in a practice-based environment, supported 24/7 by our experienced OBGYN Hospitalist team. Join a well-established group known for its low turnover, collaborative culture, and tenured providers.
Available outpatient locations in Central Florida include:
- Buena Ventura Lakes and Hunters Creek – bilingual in Spanish required
- Winter Park, Reunion, Lee Vista, Mineola, Downtown Orlando, Oviedo, Osceola, Horizon West
- Additional locations to come as we continue to grow!
Practice Highlights:
- Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8am–5pm with OR time built in. Part-time options available (3-day workweek).
- Call Support: Enjoy nights, weekends, and holidays off thanks to our 24/7 OBGYN Hospitalist team. Minimal call is expected for our Generalist OBGYN team.
- Hospital Coverage: Winnie Palmer Hospital for Women & Babies, South Lake Hospital, or Lake Mary Hospital (based on clinic location).
- Team Support: Medical Assistants, front office staff, and APP/CNM support once established.
Compensation and Benefits:
- Year 1 Base Salary: $350K
- Starting Bonus: $75K
- Quality Bonus + Productivity Incentives
- Annual CME Stipend: $5,750

- Licensing and Memberships Covered: Medical license, DEA, NICA and professional membership

Qualifications:
- MD/DO with Board Certified or Eligibility by the American Board of Obstetrics and Gynecology (ABOG) or the American Osteopathic Association (AOA) equivalent
- Completion of an ACGME/AOA-accredited residency
- Unrestricted Florida medical license (or the ability to obtain one) and DEA
