Englewood Hospital and Medical Center is a 352-bed facility known for its consistent high marks in clinical excellence and patient safety. The facility offers a full range of care and is recognized for its oncology, maternity, orthopedic, and spinal surgery programs. Through its affiliation with Hackensack Meridian School of Medicine, this thriving, acute-care and community teaching hospital trains medical residents in a variety of disciplines, including internal medicine, vascular surgery, breast surgery, dental, pharmacy, podiatry, as well as general surgery and emergency medicine from other programs, so teaching opportunities may be available for those with academic interests.
Competitive compensation with an estimated base salary range of $260,000 to $275,000 annually, plus an annual retention bonus. Full-time clinicians are eligible for an excellent, comprehensive benefits package that includes: 401(k) plan, health, dental, and vision insurance, PTO, long-term and short-term disability, group term life insurance, and an employee assistance program.

Opportunity Overview
- Care team model of 37 anesthesiologists and 24 CRNAs
- 30+ sites of service with an annual volume of about 20K, with a case mix of mostly general, OB, pedi, cardiac, ortho, IR, and more; no trauma, pain, or transplants
- Opportunity to place arterial lines, central lines, and spinals
- Opportunity to be a part of our highly skilled open heart team; occasional OB and epidurals
