This position will support a primary care referral base of 35+ employed primary care physicians/advanced practitioners.

• Location: Marion, Indiana
• Competitive Salary: 3- or 5-year agreement with competitive salary and quarterly work RVU incentive
• Initial Signing bonus. Annual commitment payment each consecutive contract year beginning with year two.
• Paid On-Call duties less than 10 days or less per month
