Unique opportunity for 1-2 physicians who are BC in IM, FM, or EM to join a company that provides annual physician exams to Firefighters across the West and Southwest. Locations include but are not limited to: Los Angeles, San Francisco, Sacramento, Any Bay area city, Las Vegas, Reno, Phoenix, Tucson, Houston, Dallas, Seattle, Portland, and Denver. YOu would work only 2 weeks per month and can scheduled those as two weeks straight, one week off one week on. Fly in Sunday, work M-F, fly home!

You will administer comprehensive executive physicals to Firefighters. M-F, no evenings or weekends and no follow up care ever.  Basic duties will be to meet with patients, perform physicals, get their medical history, run labs, etc..  You will have a full support team including an exercise physiologist.  Your time will be split between different practice sites performing a NFPA 1582 Fire Exam.  Employment of 1099 independent contractor status, your choice.  Compensation will be close to $240,000 annually.  Paid malpractice regardless of employed or 1099 status.  You will see around 15 patients per day.  Base pay will be $135 per hour and $45 per hour for travel.
