Witham Health Services is adding a provider to their Family Medicine practice located in Jamestown, Indiana.
Opportunity Details:
- Locations: Jamestown, Thorntown, Zionsville
- Full-time
- Schedule: 4 or 4.5 days/ week. Monday – Friday
- Call: Shared, an average of 1:12-1:13 – Jamestown and Zionsville
- Call: Shared, an average of 1:13-1:14 – Thorntown
- Base compensation: $250,000 + $15,000 quality incentive + productivity
- Due to community growth/need
- Outpatient
- Must be BE/BC
- Hospital employed
- Teaching opportunities available if desired with Marian University
- Average 14–20 patients per day
- EMR: Meditech Expanse

Witham Health Services is a 52 bed acute care facility based in Lebanon Indiana. Lebanon is located 30 minutes northwest of Indianapolis on I-65. Associated clinics are located in nearby Jamestown, Thorntown and Zionsville. Witham has served Boone County since 1917, but moved into a new building in 2003.
