Enterprise Medical Recruiting is assisting a multi-specialty group in Santa Cruz CA to recruit a BC/BE Gastroenterologist for their growing practice. The practice consists of board-certified Gastroenterologist, Advanced Practice Providers, Medical Assistant support, and experienced Gastroenterologists to share call
Practice Highlights
- 5 days/week schedule with 1:5 weekday call and 1:9 weekend and ED call
- 16-18 patients/day + inpatient rounding
- Shareholder track (year 3)
- Lots of autonomy and support
- Opportunity to build EUS/ERCP (optional)
Compensation and Benefits
- Salary guarantee at 500K+ then 100% productivity at year 3
- Sign-on: 40K
