- Blocked ASC, procedure room, and OR time
- In office: Mona Lisa, Urodynamics, C-Arm, Dispensary, and more
- Paid 1:8 call
- Partnership, ASC, and ancillary incomes
- Guaranteed salary plus production
- $100k retention bonus ($25k paid every 6 months)
