- Active CT medical license (or ability to obtain)
- Relevant clinical experience in addiction treatment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive addiction medicine care across outpatient, inpatient, and hospital settings
- Evaluate, diagnose, and manage substance use and co-occurring disorders
- Develop and implement treatment plans, including medication-assisted treatment as appropriate
- Coordinate care with multidisciplinary teams (behavioral health, nursing, social work, case management)
- Maintain accurate, timely documentation and ensure compliance with institutional and regulatory standards
