- Relevant clinical experience in occupational medicine
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
Key responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive occupational medicine care, including evaluation, diagnosis, treatment, and follow-up
- Perform pre-employment and periodic medical surveillance, fitness-for-duty evaluations, and return-to-work assessments
- Manage work-related injuries and coordinate transitional work programs
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams (nursing, case management, safety, HR) and external providers as needed
- Ensure accurate, timely documentation and compliance with clinical, regulatory, and employer-specific protocols
