We’re seeking a pediatric cardiologist to join a busy Atlanta practice on a locum tenens basis. You’ll care for children and adolescents in both outpatient and inpatient hospital settings, with flexible coverage options (clinical, call, or a combination) and a start date of ASAP for an ongoing engagement.
What you’ll do
- Provide comprehensive pediatric cardiology care: evaluate, diagnose, and treat congenital and acquired heart conditions.
- Manage inpatient and outpatient cases, participate in hospital rounds, and cover call as scheduled.
- Work closely with multidisciplinary teams—nurses, advanced practice providers, surgeons, and other specialists—to coordinate patient care.
- Maintain thorough clinical documentation and follow hospital policies and compliance standards.
What we’re looking for
- Board certified or board eligible in Pediatric Cardiology.
- Active state medical license (or ability to obtain one).
- Relevant clinical experience in pediatric cardiology.
- Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
