Locum Tenens Headache Medicine Physician (Neurology) — Atlanta, GA

We’re looking for a board-certified or board-eligible neurologist with headache medicine expertise to join a busy Atlanta practice on a locum tenens basis. You’ll care for patients in both outpatient and inpatient hospital settings, with coverage options that include clinical shifts, call responsibilities, or a mix of both. Assignments begin ASAP and can continue on an ongoing basis.

What you’ll do:

• Evaluate, diagnose, and manage the full spectrum of primary and secondary headache disorders.
• Provide evidence-based treatment plans, including medication management and procedures as appropriate.
• Work closely with multidisciplinary teams—nursing, rehab, pain management, and other specialists—to coordinate patient care.
• Maintain timely, accurate documentation and adhere to hospital and regulatory requirements.

What we’re looking for:

• Board certification or eligibility in Neurology with subspecialty training or certification in Headache Medicine.
• An active medical license for the state of Georgia (or ability to obtain one quickly).
• Relevant clinical experience managing headache patients across outpatient and inpatient settings.
• Strong communication skills and a collaborative approach to patient care.
