- $100K sign-on bonus plus relocation assistance
- Monday through Friday work schedule from 8 am - 5 pm and triaged call
- SSG with medical director, NP, MA, care and referral coordinators, and pharmacist
- Lab and X-ray on-site
- See an average of 10 - 12 patients per day
