Job Summary:
Memorial Health University Medical Center is seeking a family medicine program director to support their well-known, long standing family medicine residency program in Savannah, Georgia.Qualified Candidates:
- Board Certified in family medicine by the American Board of Family Medicine
- Must have a minimum of 3 years of faculty experience in an ACGME accredited family medicine residency program
- Have at least three years of GME administrative experience prior to appointment
- Committed to full spectrum family medicine
- Interest in developing and supporting rural track family medicine programs
- Have strong administrative and team building skills
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Combination teaching and clinical responsibilities
- Participation in scholarly activities, which may include peer reviewed funding, publication of original research or review articles in peer-reviewed journals, publication or presentation of case reports or clinical series at scientific society meetings, or participation in national committees or educations organizations
