Merit Health Wesley, Hattiesburg’s trusted leader in advanced cardiovascular care, is seeking a Board Certified or Board Eligible Interventional Cardiologist to join our well-established, high-volume cardiology program.

This is a rare opportunity to step into a busy, turnkey practice with immediate patient volume, strong built-in referral patterns, and a collaborative medical staff. You will practice within a hospital nationally recognized for excellence in heart attack, heart failure, pneumonia, and surgical care, and home to the region’s only accredited heart failure program.

Position Requirements

  • Education: MD or DO from an accredited institution.
  • Training: Successful completion of an ACGME-accredited Interventional Cardiology Fellowship.
  • Certification: ABMS Board Certified or Board Eligible in Interventional Cardiology.
  • Licensure: Eligible for or currently holding an unrestricted medical license in the state of Mississippi.
