OB/GYN Physician Opportunity La Porte, IN | High-Earning Potential + Incentive Package

Northwest Health Medical Group is seeking a full-time OB/GYN physician to join a collaborative, hospital-employed team in La Porte, Indiana. Position Highlights

• Full-time
• 50/50 OB/GYN practice mix
• 3 clinic days + 2 OR days per week
• Patient volume: 20–30 per day
• Annual deliveries: ~600
• Dedicated C-section ORs located on OB floor
• Guaranteed block OR time
• EMR: Cerner

Call Structure

• 1:3 call rotation (weekends and overall coverage)
• Supported by 3 CNMs covering their own patient panels
• Average of 11–12 deliveries per week
• Post-call: 1 administrative day off
• Additional compensation provided for call

Candidate Requirements

• MD or DO
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in OB/GYN
• Eligible for Indiana medical licensure
• Robotics training preferred (training available for interested candidates)
• Open to new graduates and early-career physicians
