Position: Emergency Medicine Physician

Location: Mount Vernon, Illinois

Deaconess Illinois Crossroads is a vital healthcare institution serving the diverse needs of the Mount Vernon community and surrounding areas. As a member of our healthcare team, you will have the opportunity to work in a dynamic environment, utilizing advanced technology and resources to deliver optimal patient outcomes.

Key Details:

• Annual Volume: Approximately 10,800 patients
• EMR: Epic W/ M Modal Dictation 
• Hospital Capacity: 47 beds, including a 10-bed Emergency Department
• Shifts Available:
• 12-hour Nocturnist Shifts
• 12- to 24-hour shifts available for flexibility

Requirements:

• All specialties with relative ER Experience accepted
• Board certification or eligibility in Emergency Medicine- Preferred
• Active, unrestricted medical license in Illinois
• DEA, CSL
• ACLS (AHA), PALS (AHA)
• Proficiency in emergency procedures and interventions
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Pay/Benefits:

• Competitive compensation package (5-7 shifts per month-$288k-400k+ per year -1099)
