Neonatal APP – Level 3 NICU
DLP Conemaugh Memorial Medical Center is currently seeking a neonatal APP to join our experienced and collaborative team in our 16-bed, Level 3 NICU.

Position Highlights:

Hospital-based role in a well-established NICU
Collaborative care with a multidisciplinary team including physicians, NNPs, RNs, respiratory therapists, and speech/occupational therapists
Perform advanced neonatal procedures, including intubations, lumbar punctures, and line placements
12 or 24-hour shifts available
EPIC electronic medical records system in use
Opportunity to provide high-acuity neonatal care in a supportive environment

Qualifications:

Certified Neonatal Nurse Practitioner (NNP) or Neonatal PA
BLS, PALS, and NRP certifications required
Experience in a NICU setting preferred
Must successfully complete and maintain clearance for a flight transfer physical and participate in patient transport flights as part of the role.

Previously an industrial community, Johnstown was known for 'modernized steel production' producing of millions of tons of steel for railroads, warships, bridges and common nails. Johnstown gained national attention in May 1889 when the South Fork dam broke causing a devastating flood taking 2,209 lives.
