- Incentive: Up to 5% of base compensation paid per year for achieving defined performance metrics
- Productivity Incentive: Paid at $61.83 per wRVU greater than 8,048 (based on CHI designated benchmarks)
- Call Greater than 1:3: Paid at $825 per 24 hours of unrestricted call
- APP Supervision: In clinics where APPs are practicing with an independent panel or a shared panel, the supervising physician will receive an annual stipend of $8,100 per APP
- Starting Loan: (TBD) payable within 30 days following start date; forgiven over three (3) years as long as you remain employed by the Clinic
- Relocation Services: Up to $15,000 in approved relocation expenses (grossed up to cover tax liability
- Executive CORE Benefits Package: Medical/Dental/Vision, Life, Retirement, Vacation
- Additional Benefits: Malpractice with tail coverage, CME allowance, and Relocation Services
The ideal candidate for these positions will be:
- Board Certified or Board Eligible Urologist
- Robotics a Must!
- ND Medical License and DEA without restrictions, or ability to obtain
- Possess excellent interpersonal and leadership skills and works well in a team-based care delivery model

- Hospital Based 225 Bed; Level II Trauma center
- The Clinic is Located on the Hospital Campus
- 10 Operating Suites; 1 with Robotic Capabilities
- EXCELLENT Nursing and Support Staff
- EMR - EPIC
- Leadership & Academic Opportunities
- Teaching opportunities with UND School of Medicine & Health Sciences Medical Students, UND
- Family Medicine Residents as well as Hospital Medicine Fellows
- Ability to support Visa Requirements
