Coverage Need Details:
BC/BE – Active NY State License + DEA + BLS
8:00 am - 4:30 pm Mon-Fri
4:30 pm - 8:00 am Night Call
8:00 am - 8:00 am 24-Hour Weekend Call - Mostly Days in Clinic
May have some Rounding in the Hospital and On-Call Coverage. No Weekend Clinic

NY License | DEA | BLS
Minimum 3 Years Experience | Provider will Work Solo | 100% Adult
APP Mid-level Coverage Available * No Admissions only Consults
Inpatient & Outpatient # of Consults 2-3 Per Week - No Admissions
Average Outpatients per day- 15
Average Admissions While on Call: 1
Weekend Call is 1 Weekend out of 5 *Support Staff- 1 FT APP & only 1 Physician on site
Weekday Evening Call Volume is Low - Working to get covered by another site
