Recruitment Package: Now offering a recruitment package worth $100,000 to all new Oncology physician providers.
- The base salary ranges from $460,000 to $590,000. For new graduates, the salary starts at $460,000 and can increase up to $500,000 for experienced individuals.
- Starting bonus- 50k
- Retention bonus- 50k (given in second and third years of employment)
- Comprehensive benefits packing including health, life, and dental insurance;
- 403(b) with employer match;
- 457(d) Retirement plan;
- Relocation Allowance- 20k;
- Public Service Loan Forgiveness;
- Paid Malpractice;
- Physician Referral Bonus;
Opportunity Details:
- Hospital Employed Position;
- Clinic office conveniently located on hospital campus;
