Financially stable and growing FQHC in Central California is seeking a Primary Care provider for a 100% outpatient position. Offering a 4 day work week and scheduling interviews now. Offering one of the best compensation packages in CA with a Highly competitive base salary plus bonuses, quarterly and annually. This group has been providing care to California for over 35 years. Strong team dynamic with several sub-specialties in house.

$285k-$370k Base (DOE) + Quality/Production Bonuses.
$90,000 Sign on Bonus Delivered upon Start!.
4 Day Work Week Option.
Offering flex schedule with Outpatient opportunities.
Several locations and clinics throughout Central California.
