* Outpatient Primary Care Opportunity for NP or PA
* Experience required
* Enthusiastic patient-centered care champion to provide excellent quality care to our patients, ranging from pediatrics through geriatrics
* Must be motivated, engaged and committed to providing high quality care and be operationally driven to achieve optimal productivity and efficiency
* Strong interpersonal communication skills with ability to interact with all types of individuals within a wide range of personality traits and socioeconomic statuses
* Willingness to work and live in rural, small community setting; and actively engage with community
* One outpatient clinic position available, experienced providers preferred
* PA/NP works under the supervision of a physician.

**Offer Package Outline**

* Starting Salary Range: $115,000 DOE, plus RVU Production Incentive once physician meets MGMA median threshold
* PTO 30 PTO days/240 Hours (includes vacation, personal, sick and CME) plus 7 holidays/56 hours
