Job Description
* Full-time, permanent opening
* Hospital-employed position
* Expected Schedule: Monday - Thursday, 8am - 4:30pm and Friday, 8am - 2pm
* Average 20-25 patients/day
* Mix of patients
* Call: 1 in 5
* Administrative Support Staff
* Each Physician has a Nurse or MA that works with them on their shift.
**Compensation Package Overview:**
* Base Salary with 3-year guarantee
* Quarterly production bonus wRVU
* Comprehensive benefits including health, disability, retirement, profit sharing plan, malpractice, etc.
* Generous sign-on
* Relocation package
* PTO: 21 days
* CME: 5 days
* $5k for Reimbursement of Expenses per year (CME, memberships in professional associations, DEA registration and board certifications)
