* Located in ***Fosston, MN*** - 190m from Duluth
* Full-time, permanent position
* Employed
* True full-spectrum Family Medicine (no OB)
* Excellent salary with starting incentive.
* Total number of physicians in specialty currently in department at practice site: 3
* Total advanced practitioners in specialty currently in department at practice site: 1
* Total FTEs currently in department at practice site: 4
* Provider will work at Fosston, Oklee & Bagley, and eventually Mahnomen clinic
* M-F 8:30-5PM (1/2 to 1 day off during week)
* Volume: 28 - 30 office patients per day
* Anticipated volume of procedures per day: 1-2
* On-call every 5th day and 5th weekend
* Average inpatient practice volume per week or month: 58 total inpatient, outpatient, ER per month
