**Family Medicine Program Director opening Iowa**
* Located in ***Waterloo, IA***
* Full-time, permanent opening
* Hospital employee
Responsibilities Include:
Lead residency program with experienced teaching faculty
Develop vision for expansion of program
Actively teach residents in ambulatory clinical practice
Oversee the education and performance of residents
Inpatient and OB optional
Office call 1:4* with nurse triage, no hospital call
Oversee 1-4 program-wide quality improvement projects
Provide 10 12 lectures on various topics throughout the year
*subject to change
Candidates will receive:
$290,000 starting salary or commensurate with experience
$40K Starting Bonus
$40K Longevity Bonus at end of years 1, 2, 3
$15K Relocation Allowance
CME reimbursement
Comprehensive benefit package including paid malpractice and tail coverage
