Shared call (phone only with nurse triage)
Clinic only, practice at one location
All specialists and services available

$280K three-year guarantee + Production Incentive
$100K Starting Bonus
$20K Longevity Bonus
$15K Relocation Allowance
Full benefits package including paid malpractice and tail coverage, paid CME/vacation/holidays up to 31 days/year, 403(b), 457(b), disability insurance
Employed multi-specialty group of more than 180 providers in northeast Iowa - physicians, physician assistants and nurse practitioners with established referral patterns
