**Practice Specifics**
-Looking for a strong, patient-centered, team player with a desire to serve in a learning/teaching environment that will do broad-spectrum Family Medicine.
-Desire someone that loves the small-town atmosphere and a commitment to work/life balance.
-If this is you, join a current team of 5 Physicians, 4 APCs and Additional Staff.
-Admit to adjacent Hayward Area Memorial Hospital: 25-bed, critical access hospital.
-Outpatient and Inpatient Practice.
-On site lab, pharmacy & X-ray.
-Patient volume: 14-21 per day in the clinic.
-Current practice of 1 DOs and 4 MDs.
-Round at the local nursing home.
-Call is shared with other clinics in town, schedule is approx. 2 weekdays per month and 1 weekend a month (shared with a colleague).
-Hospital has 24-hour ER coverage.

**Salary & Benefit Package**
