Full-Time & Permanent
Seeking a BE/BC Gastroenterologist to join a team of 5 gastroenterologists and 3 advanced care providers.
- In addition to providing outpatient and inpatient consultation in general gastroenterology and hepatology at a non-profit, full-service community hospital with 125 acute care beds, there are opportunities to provide clinical instruction to students from the University of New England and Tufts University medical schools, internal medicine residents from Maine Medical Center and advanced practice providers.
- Additional opportunities could include providing clinical instruction for a GI fellowship under development and participating in clinical research activities through the Maine Institute for Research.

This is an outstanding opportunity to live and practice in beautiful, coastal Maine. The area provides four season recreational opportunities, including skiing, hiking, boating, biking, and miles of beautiful beaches. Just an hour and a half north of Boston, and 20 minutes south of Portland, the area is safe, vibrant, and has excellent public and private schools.
