The successful candidate will be part of a primary care team dedicated to holistic care, including acute, chronic, preventive, and palliative care services. Responsibilities include comprehensive evaluations, diagnostic tests, prescribing treatments, and patient counseling.

This role involves travel within the Southeast Minnesota region.
