Location: Panther Creek, IL
Coverage Type: Scheduled Clinical Hours Plus Call
Practice Setting: Outpatient
Board Certification: Required (Board Eligible acceptable)
Patients Per Shift: 12-15
Exam Rooms: 3 per provider
Supervision: Required to supervise Advance Practice Providers
EMR System: Epic
Support Staff: RN: 1, MA: 1, Office Staff: 2-3
Requirements:
Certifications: BLS required
Credentialing Timeframe: Approximately 90 days
Additional Information:
Holiday Allowance: New Year's Day, 4th of July, Memorial Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day
Insurance Provided By: Hospital
Specialty Skills (Family Medicine):
Gynecology: Well woman care, Colposcopy, Endometrial biopsy, IUD insertion/removal
Obstetrics: Prenatal care, Vaginal deliveries, C-Sections, VBAC, Instrument assisted deliveries, Ultrasounds
Pediatric: Newborn (birth-30 days) to Adolescent (13-18 years), Newborn care, Newborn resuscitation, General outpatient and inpatient care
