* Located in ***Livingston, TN*** - Nashville 100m; Knoxville 100m
* Full-time, permanent opening
* Hospital-employed
* Outpatient Only
* General Schedule: 4 10-hour shifts/week – must include Mondays/Fridays (5 8's ok)
* Call: for your own panel; after-hours - generally home health
* Hospitalist program for inpatient needs
* All ages seen
* No Obstetrics
* Walk into an established, busy practice / patient base
* Support staff: MA or LPN
* Practitioners: 3 physicians, 3NP’s; 1 Pulmonologist
* On-site services: lab, X-ray, ultrasound, bone density
* Base salary + wRVU model
* Relocation package, student loan assistance, education stipends for early commitment

* Livingston is located between Nashville and Knoxville, TN, + only 25 minutes north of Cookeville
