**Compensation & Benefits**
-Base Salary: $250,000
-Production Bonus:
-Tier 1: 25% above collections over $550,000
-Tier 2: 35% above collections over $650,000
-Partnership Track: 2 years
-4 Weeks of Vacation + 1 week CME
-Medical Directorship: $30,000 $50,000/year (depending on the clinic)
