**Job Description & Schedule**
-Clinic hours are Monday-Thursday, 8-5 and a Friday 8-12 schedule. Workweek option include either a 4 or 5 day Friday option being optimal considering the patient load.
-Providers have ample support staff. As a partnership-based group, physicians establish their own support staff utilizing the Clinic's HR recruiting staff.
-Specialization within the following areas are needed: sleep, epilepsy, migraine, and movement disorders.
-The practice would be exclusively at the main clinic at 303 S. Nappanee in Elkhart where there is a shared multispecialty space.
-Onsite, we have EMG, EEG, infusion, x-ray, labs, and other diagnostic imaging all provided.
-Patient volumes of office and procedures are dependent on the comfort of the provider.
-Currently, the call is phone call only that is shared with the practice.
-With a branch of IU in the community, academic affiliations, research, and teaching opportunities are possible.
-The EMR is eClinicalworks until March 2024 (moving to Athena).

**Compensation & Benefits**
The incoming physicians will join with a guaranteed salary plus productivity.
-Base: annual guarantee.
-Average 1 year to partnership (once you cover your base).
-Overall earning potential: TBD.
-$50,000 Sign on Bonus;
-Relocation Expense Reimbursement up to $10,000.
-PTO: 184 hours per year per year, 6 holidays.
-$5000 with 5 days of CME.
-Paid Malpractice insurance and tail.
