Job Description
* Located in Lewistown, PA - Pittsburgh 166m; Philadelphia 208m
* Full-time
* Seeking OBGYN Laborist
* 10 24-hour shifts/month
* Typically, 1 weekend/month, 8 weekdays
* Average 40 deliveries/month
* Competitive straight salary model linked to quality and value versus productivity measures in addition to recruitment incentives
* Excellent benefits package, including malpractice & tail coverage
* 401(k) plan with employer contribution
* Generous relocation
* CME - 15 days, $3,500
**Staffing**
* 2.5 FTE generalists
* 1 FTE laborist
* 3.5 FTE CNM's
* 0.5 FTE surgical PA
* 2.6 FTE clinic AP's
