Health center is a 501(c) (3), Federally Qualified Community Health Center (FQHC) governed by a volunteer Board of Directors made up of people in the community.
Group is the largest provider of outpatient care to Lassen County.
Group serves residents of Lassen, Plumas and Modoc County, with a population of approximately 37,125, with clinics in Susanville and Westwood.
