Located in Ukiah, CA
60 miles north of Santa Rosa, CA
Full-time; permanent
Up to $100,000 signing/ retention bonus
Competitive Salary of $275,000 - $300,000

The schedule for this provider is flexible and may either be Monday-Friday, 8:00-5:00 (1.0 FTE), or four, eight-hour days per week (.8 FTE).
The pediatrics office is currently operating part-time, with providers who travel from Ukiah to Lakeport a day a week. The new pediatrician will assume these patients and continue to grow the practice.
