Seeking a BE/BC Pediatrician to join hospital employed group at the not-for-profit hospital.
- Large service area of 450,000; residents from MO, OK, KS and AR
- 24- bed Level III NICU staffed by two Neonatologists and Neonatal Nurse Practitioners
- Clinic practice setting with inpatient/nursery call coverage
- Call: 2-3 weekdays / month + one weekend day / month
- Evening nurse line services
- Drive your own schedule
- Dedicated social worker
- Behavioral health services available through Ozark Center, a subsidiary of Health System
- Strong partnership with Childrens Mercy Hospital, Kansas City
- Ronald McDonald House is located within walking distance of hospital
- Facility is the only Children's Miracle Network Hospital in a 70-mile radius
- Professional support services (hiring, billing, coding), IT and marketing services are provided by the health system
- Teaching opportunities are available for medical students and residents
- Professional growth & Leadership Development opportunities
- Generous income guarantee followed by a wRVU production model -- with no cap on income
